About The Project
In November 2020, Steve Daniel collaborated with the restaurant Notre Boeuf De Grace to feature his own burger at their nine locations for a month.
Steve worked closely with their corporate chef to create a unique burger that quickly gained popularity on social media.
The "Le Steve Daniel" burger featured two 3oz freshly ground beef patties, a potato bun, house-made ginger clementine marmalade, grilled all-beef salami, smoked gouda, fried tomato, and a sriracha honey glaze.
