Here’s my recommendation when you will go : Their Homemade spaghetti with butter & black truffle, 64º egg yolk, Parmesan. Simply wow!

My recommendation… I’ve never been so I don’t know but when I’ll go I think I will try their shrimp and chorizo risotto
